Had to laugh a this. Although, I'm not sure if I'd want my husband/ partner/ boyfriend folding my quilt fabric for me.
It's a chore, definitely, but organising is a way of reminding yourself of what is in your stash.
Plus, organising your stash might give you ideas for another quilt or two.
