Ben's cardboard town

Ben and I had a lazy morning at home this morning. I'm ploughing through The girl who played with fire (and doing the washing) and Ben decided to make a cardboard town. He says he's put tyre skids on the road! Obviously, he's seen a few in his time...

  1. Ben's got a lot of creative talent like his mom! And as I write this my husband is out running, a passion of his that I just could never even LIKE, never mind love, even after many tries at it! Oh, well!
Thanks for your comment on my blog about the birds and French fabric. (I can't find an email address for you, thus the loooong comment). I'm going to make a vintage quilt for my hubbie's 91-yr-old aunt. She's bilingual, French being her second language. Hopefully she can read the fabric, which I'm going to incorporate into the quilt, or she'll at least have fun trying. Take care, Liz!
